I have finished one column of my modified delectable mountain quilt, and decided on fabric placement for the rest of the quilt. I decided to call it the Aztec Mountain quilt because the modified block creates a little diamond in the center that reminds me of the Aztec designs I see so often these days. I have a feeling I will be finishing this quilt rather quickly as the blocks are surprisingly easy to make and I am really having fun making them.
