I am currently working on a second version of my Aztec Mountains Quilt using Kaffe Fasset Fabrics, this is just the layout of the fabrics, obviously no mountain blocks have been finished yet, but I just loved the look so far. I wanted something different from the original one I made and since Kaffe Collective fabrics are so bright, and bold and many have such large scale prints I thought it would be a fun collection to use. It also didn’t hurt that I had a ton of fabric left over from the last Kaffe quilt I made.
I have also written a pattern for the Aztec Mountain quilt. I got many inquiries about it, so I wrote one up and it is currently being proofed by a few people for me. I hope to have it back and released within a week or so – but it just depends on how quickly I hear back.
I’m off to work on my quilt some more! Thanks for reading.

I’m always looking for a great Kaffe Fasset quilt design. I am partial to his blue collectives. Love yours and all the colors. I’ll be starting one the first week in February, wish me luck.
